Here is the basic outline for this ceremony:

3 weeks of preparation- 1 on 1 with the shaman/facilitator outlining your intentions, goals and what you hope to achieve. This is a vital part of the process to get an in-depth understanding of our ego, who we are, our programing and how the sacrament may impact this.

1-3 Sacred Ceremonies- After 3 weeks of preparation we are now prepared to step into the sacred space and connect with consciousness, source, God, higher self. Each person will experience this differently and each person will have a unique ceremony that is just right for them. We allow the sacrament to bring to us exactly what we need and are open to whatever experience it may bring.

3 Weeks deep and Somatic Integration- Somatic integration is the vital bridge that allows the ineffable insights gained from a 5-MeO-DMT journey to become embodied wisdom, guiding profound transformation in everyday life.
